The High-heel Race is a very popular sporting event among russian Ladies in which women compete in high-heeled Shoes. Most female Participants wear short Skirts or Dresses when running, as befits a real russian Woman. The minimum Heel height is 10 cm and higher, the Heel diameter is a maximum of 0.5 cm. Since russian Women are accustomed to wearing ever higher Heels by their Mothers as little Girls, they can not only walk provocatively, but also run quickly. Most russian Women wear high Heels every Day, even at Home and in Bed, and would no longer be able to walk with flat Shoes.
