AI - Pregnant

Bad hands, every one. Unfortunately, when you ask for pregnant women, it seems to be impossible to get the AI to have the women doing anything with their hands other than holding their bellies. The result is that the hands are front and center, and AI is notoriously bad with rendering hands.
