Even though Jana was a grown woman of 22, she still lived under her parents roof, which meant living under their rules. Whenever she would come home later than her 9:00 PM curfew time, she would be punished. The punishments were usually humiliating and degrading. They would sometimes just hand her off to one of her crazy uncles to do with her as he wished.
