However, the sudden Recession had led to financial instability and now ‘The Greens’ held a slim majority in the Legislative Assembly. nOnce the ‘Poster Girl’ for Conservatism within the Liberal Party, Premier Samantha Richardson was struggling with a growing deficit and a ‘Minority Government’ in Victoria – she had a ‘secret’ too, that was threatening to bring her down. Samantha Louise Richardson QC was Bi. And, she had a taste for ‘pussy’ – despite vociferous ‘protests’ from both ‘The Church’ and ‘The Moral Majority’ since ‘Sin City’ had come into being, the new ‘Premier of Victoria’ had turned ‘a blind eye’ to the now ineffectual Victoria Police and Cheyenne; the kinky ‘Pimp’ who ran ‘Sin City’ with her clique of loyal Bi and Lesbian Prostitutes……… nA former Protégé of Chief Commissioner Christine Nixon and at one time, a rival to Chief Commissioner Karen Webb of the New South Wales Police, Pauline Elizabeth McNamara now ran the Victoria Police – she was a ‘Political Appointee’ and very much subject to the whims of the ‘Left Wing’ in Victoria. With the Recession and Political Crisis, ‘The Cunt’ as she was better known by many, had overseen the decline of the Victoria Police. nThe once bustling stat capital of Melbourne was now a near-deserted wasteland of closed shops and businesses – ‘Sin City’ a damning indictment of the decline since COVID. And, the Policewomen of the City Central ‘Slut Squad’ in Flinders Lane, little more than Prostitutes. nnMoney was at a premium – yet there was little ‘Street Crime’ in ‘Sin City’ for ‘Mistress Dominique’ tolerated nothing in the ‘Red Light’ District but Lesbianism and Prostitution.
